Referrals and Select and Appoint Services
On request, ADRA can provide a list of three or more arbitrators or mediators with the expertise and experience to match your needs. The client will receive the requested list after an appropriate fee. List includes the candidates information, fees, and schedules within five business days. Each party may rule out any candidate(s) and rank the remainder. ADRA can then select one from the list and issue an appointment, copying the parties.
